The magic of these photos comes from real, in-the-moment reactions in a beautiful public space — not a fully styled backdrop. Provence's public spots don't typically allow large floral installs, signage, or candles, so if you've seen a fully decorated setup online, those are possible in private venues — you may want to work with a dedicated proposal planner who specializes in private-venue setups for that kind of experience. If you love the elegance of champagne + 2 glasses or a gorgeous floral bouquet, I'd be happy to help you with that! Private proposals are also possible in vineyards, which I can help you coordinate.
All of these are public locations — some quieter and more tucked-away than others, but public all the same. That's actually the advantage: everything sits near incredible villages and small cities, so the moment you're done, you're not far from a wonderful place to celebrate, not stranded somewhere remote & the proposal feels very natural.

What is the Provence surprise proposal photography rate?
Provence proposals start at 675€. It includes custom planning, logistics, and photography of your proposal. I'm here when you need me, for any questions you have or any last minute nerves.
Are the locations you photograph public locations?
They're all public — some more tucked-away and quiet than others, but public all the same. It also means you don't have to reserve a private space and the costs associated with booking a private space. It also usually means you're not too far away from a wonderful restaurant where you can celebrate your engagement.
When will our photos be ready?
Your surprise proposal images are ready to view in just 72 hours. The full gallery, not just sneak peeks. Fully edited in my signature colorful style, ready to download.
Do you offer free planning help before I book?
Yes — my free proposal guide has location ideas to get you started. Once your retainer has been received, I'll send you directions, a map, video and GPS pin so you don't get lost. Contact me to receive the guide.
Could I order champagne or a bouquet of flowers?
Absolutely. You can add a bottle of fine French champagne with 2 glasses, or a bouquet — just tell me your budget and which flowers you love, and I'll bring it with me.
Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?
A 250€ non-refundable retainer reserves your date, and then we begin the planning process together.
Can we do a big "Marry Me" sign, rose petals, candles or a red carpet?
I specialize exclusively in discreet, authentic proposals where the focus remains entirely on the real emotion between the two of you—and keeping the surprise 100% intact until the moment you drop to one knee. Because large prop setups require extensive setup time, public space coordination, and can easily tip off your partner before you even arrive, I keep my sessions focused on seamless timing and natural backdrops. For clients who want a special touch, I'm happy to bring along a fresh floral bouquet or a bottle of fine French champagne to celebrate immediately after, a classy and elegant addition to any proposal.
How will you find us — will I have to spot you?
No searching required. Before your date, you'll share a photo of the two of you so I already know exactly who I'm looking for. You'll get a specific arrival point and time — I'll already be nearby, blended in like any other passerby with a camera. There's nothing to coordinate in the moment. We make eye contact from afar and when you're ready, you get on one knee.
