What is the French Riviera surprise proposal photography rate?
French Riviera proposals are custom created just for you and start at 625€. It includes custom planning, logistics, and photography of your proposal.

Are the locations you photograph public locations?
They're all public — some more tucked-away and quiet than others, but public all the same. That's intentional: staying along the Rivirera means you're never far from a restaurant or bar, so you can walk straight from your proposal into celebrating with dinner or drinks. It also means you don't have to reserve a private space and the costs associated with that.

How does it work, how will it be a surprise?
These are "spontaneous proposals", you'll be on a walk, sightseeing, and your partner won't see it coming. You'll stop to take in a pretty view -- and next thing you know, you're on one knee. It's a wonderful surprise that your partner will love.

How will you find us — will I have to spot you?
No searching required. Before your date, you'll share a photo of the two of you so I already know exactly who I'm looking for. You'll get a specific arrival point and time — I'll already be nearby, blended in like any other passerby with a camera. There's nothing to coordinate in the moment. We make eye contact from afar and when you're ready, you get on one knee.

What time of day do you photograph proposals?
While sunset photos are gorgeous, and many of my clients suggest sunset, sunset is late, particularly in the summer, so that can interfere with your dinner plans, as I'm sure you'll want to celebrate after your proposal. Therefore, I typically photograph proposals in the morning from sunrise up until around 9:00 am, while we still have beautiful light and not too many tourists out yet. Otherwise, I love to photograph in the late afternoon sun at 5:00 pm, which give you plenty of time to unwind after your proposal before you have a celebratory dinner. What if my partner doesn't like the spot I've chosen?
This never happens because the French Riviera is beautiful, and your partner is just glad to be there with you. I know you've got a lot of pressure to get the 'perfect spot', and I totally understand that, but you really can't go wrong with any of the locations I've curated, they're all beautiful and your partner will love it!

When will our photos be ready?
Your surprise proposal images are ready to view in just 72 hours. The full gallery, not just sneak peeks. Fully edited in my signature colorful style, ready to download.

Do you offer free planning help before I book?
Yes — my free proposal guide has location ideas to get you started. Once your retainer has been received, I'll send you directions, a map, video and GPS pin so you don't get lost. Contact me to receive the guide. 

Could I order champagne or a bouquet of flowers?
Absolutely. You can add a bottle of fine French champagne with 2 glasses, or a bouquet — just tell me your budget and which flowers you love, and I'll bring it with me.

Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?
A 250€ non-refundable retainer reserves your date, and then we begin the planning process together.

Can we do a big "Marry Me" sign, rose petals, candles or a red carpet?
I specialize exclusively in discreet, authentic proposals where the focus remains entirely on the real emotion between the two of you—and keeping the surprise 100% intact until the moment you drop to one knee. Because large prop setups require extensive setup time, public space coordination, and can easily tip off your partner before you even arrive, I keep my sessions focused on seamless timing and natural coastal backdrops. For clients who want a special touch, I'm happy to bring along a fresh floral bouquet or a bottle of fine French champagne to celebrate immediately after, a classy and elegant addition to any proposal.
