Floor 2 of the Eiffel Tower

I know, I know, the Eiffel Tower, isn’t that cliché? Well, yes, it is, but the world’s most famous romantic landmark got to be this famous for a reason!

The Eiffel Tower symbolizes love and romance, and therefore, it’s an incredible place to kiss your partner!

Here’s how you do it!

Buy your Eiffel Tower tickets in advance to skip the big lines. Then, head up the stairs or elevator to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Don’t fret that you’re surrounded by a lot of tourists, there’s room for everyone!

Once you arrive on the second floor, head to the snack bar there and buy your sweetie a sweet treat or coffee. Then, have a seat and look out over Paris, it’s the perfect romantic spot for some sweet smooches!

Montmartre

Paris is a city that’s more like a collection of small villages. Paris has 20 districts called arrondissements. Don’t worry if you can’t pronounce the word! One of the most romantic places to kiss in Paris is the 18th district of Paris, known as Montmartre.

High up on a hill, with the Sacre Coeur Basilica as it’s shining centerpiece, you’ll find vestiges of old Paris. This is about as charming as it gets! Think cobblestone streets, cute little cafés, and there are usually musicians strumming their guitars.

Head down the hill off the main drag past the vineyard on your right and to the Au Lapin Agile Cabatet, the cutest little building you’ve ever seen! There’s a bench there, it’s the perfect place to rest your feet and steal a kiss from the one you love!

When you’re done kissing, head back up the hill and grab a nice lunch at the famous pink restaurant, La Maison Rose. Then, over a glass of wine, kiss again!

Seine River Near Notre Dame Cathedral

On of the very best and most scenic places to kiss in Paris is along the quaint and cute cobblestone streets below Notre Dame Cathedral.

It’s a popular gathering spot for several boats that host live theater, as well as the water taxi, but if you walk along here far enough, you’ll get some privacy.

Kiss under the bridge overpass, or out in the open, hold your loved ones hand, and hold them tight!

Luxembourg Gardens

There are many beautiful gardens in Paris, and they’re all worth visiting. But for my money, Luxembourg Gardens is the most beautiful of all.

Luxembourg Gardens were conceived by Queen Marie de Medici, who was the mother of King Louis XIII and the gardens were once home to the Luxembourg Palace, which now houses the French Senate. There are so many amazing places to kiss in this garden, but the best place to kiss in the garden is on one of the chairs next to the Medici Fountain.

The Medici Fountain, refurbished and brought back to its heyday, is surrounded by green chairs and ivy. Kiss the one you love as you watch the ducks float by on the water. It’s so romantic!

After you’re done kissing, take a walk around the garden. You’ll see one of the many Statue of Liberties carved by Bartholdi, see a small vineyard, watch children riding ponies and see some tennis matches.

As you exit the garden, stop at Mademoiselle Angelina for a tea and snack.

Place Dauphine

Not far from Notre Dame Cathedral is a gorgeous little square that looks like a movie set. Indeed, it was a movie set for the Woody Allen film, Midnight in Paris, a wonderful film showcasing the best of Paris.

In this square you’ll find some super cute restaurants and people dining en terrasse, as well as young people playing the famous game of petanque with silver circular balls.

Find one of the green benches and have a seat. This is one of the most epic places to kiss in Paris. Above you will be chestnut trees with thick green leaves. If you’re visiting Paris in April, the trees will be covered in pink blooms.

It’s such a gorgeous spot! After you’re done kissing, head down the street to the world famous La Samaritaine department store. Take your sweetie shopping and get a bite to eat!
